With an eco-mode, you can gain 20Kph and while riding in normal mode, the Veloz Punk can give you a 32Kph speed. Activating the sport mode will make your ride more joyful by achieving 51Kph speed. It helps you to keep pace with urban traffic or enjoy high-speed cruising on bare tracks.

Extended Range for Daily Travel

You can set out on longer routes with the Veloz Punk’s range of up to 72 km on a single charge. This range makes you roam the city or explore the side areas you love. Moreover, with different speed modes, you can extend the respective range. The echo mode provides a maximum of 72Km of range while the normal and sport modes give you 56Km and 38Km respectively. This feature allows the riders to travel far away without a power breakdown.

Order Shipment:

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@eridesolutions.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Your item will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) if you are the first purchaser/user of the product and it has any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:

2.- Boards or Computer Control faults

3.- Battery faults

4.- Frame (2 years)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranty will not apply in the next situations:

1.- When the warranty period has expired

2.- Failing to maintain or perform schedule servicing (6 months free service)

3.- When the serial label is altered or removed

4.- When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered or modified

5.- Wear-and-tear damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres, lights. consumables or battery lifespan

6.- Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to) dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion or bad storage

7.- Damage caused by water. Most of our items have some level of proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.

8.- Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load

9.- Limited warranty of 3 months for commercial use.
